A couple of notes specific to your store:
The limitation of liability and "as is" clauses (Section 7) matter for a physical product like a cooler bag — they're your protection if a customer claims a defect caused some loss. Keep them.
For the governing law (Section 10), use your actual home state (Maryland, based on your location) unless you've set the business up elsewhere.
